The Maine 24 is a 2 storey 4-bedroom home that offers the perfect floor plan for the modern Australian family. What really separates this home from the rest is that it is only 8.5 meters wide, meaning that it fits on a 10 meters block. But be prepared to be surprised when you walk inside, because this home feels open bright and spacious… flooded with natural light.

When you walk in the home there is an open staircase leading up to the second storey. On the left after the stairs is the powder room and directly opposite to that is the internal entrance to the garage. Next up is the multi-function room, perfect for you to turn it into a home-theatre or a second living area.

Now, we are in the centre of the home, and in some homes’ design this can be the darkest place of the house. Yet, because this is a narrow floor-plan you have windows on either side, flooding in natural light, so it feels bright, open and very inviting.

As you continue through the home, you are going to be greeted by a beautiful open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Now, a kitchen of course has to look good, but it has to be practical, and this kitchen has a beautiful deep island and great bench space on either side of the cooktop. But what I really love about this design is that great splash-back window, flooding in light while you cook up a storm. And did I forget to mention the walk-in pantry? It’s offering easy access and lots of storage.

I love a floor-plan that just flows, and this alfresco flows beautifully off the kitchen, dining and living room; perfect for entertaining or for just a family dinner.

Upstairs you’re greeted by a nice, spacious landing; perfect for a home office. On your right is the master bedroom suite. This spacious master bedroom is located at the front of the home. It’s got a well-appointed ensuite and walk-in robe, and it flows beautifully to the front balcony.

The three bedrooms are located around the family bathroom which is generous enough for the whole family… but this floorplan also means that you can fit in an extra large shower and free standing bath. The three bedrooms are all of a great size and they all have their own built-in storage, but that natural light ticks every box for me.

The Maine 24 offers a great floor-plan and is the perfect solution if you have a narrow block. You can come right here and walk through this very home at Homeworld Leppington, or you view 3D walk-through.
