EBXpress is limited to Greenfield Estates in designated Council Areas. Land must be registered or registering in 3 months. *Forecast start month is 4 to 6 months from land registering and contract signing and subject to customer, developer and council meeting timeframes including but not limited to land registration, tender acceptance, contract signing and developer and council approval. Monthly site allocations are limited, and all homes must adhere to Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process for private certification. To comply, sites must have no more than 1.2 metres of fall over the building platform and have minimal structural design changes. Not applicable for Knock Down Rebuilds.
