Tour with James: the Aria 28

The stunning Aria 28, was inspired by the highly popular Bristol 28, and is a welcome new addition to Eden Brae’s Advantage range. Welcome to HomeWorld Leppington, and this is the ARIA 28: a brand-new design for Eden Brae Homes. This two storey, four bedroom home is part of the Advantage series, meaning it has been designed with your budget in mind, giving you designer living at an affordable price. Let’s go and have a look.

The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this home is the amount of natural light. It feels wide, open, spacious and inviting, and that has a lot to do with the room placement. On the right hand side is the lounge room, the first of three separate living areas. You could choose to treat this as a formal lounge, a great space to meet and greet guests, or it could be a chill out zone for different members of the family to spend time away from everyone else.

Now, this is one of my favourite parts of the home, because it’s flooded with natural light from that beautiful window up in the staircase. This is notoriously one of the darkest parts of the home being in the centre, and yet it feels bright and open. And because it’s so wide it’s a great place to style with a piece of furniture, like this sideboard. The study also flows off this wide hallway and I love its position because you can easily keep an eye on the kids when they’re doing their homework whether you’re in the family room, the kitchen or the living. It’s also perfect for the home office. Directly opposite is the powder room, centrally located and easily accessed from the whole house.

The Aria 28 continues to tick all the boxes with this beautiful open plan family, kitchen and dining room; the space where the family will spend the bulk of the time. This beautiful kitchen has a huge amount of valuable bench space. And you know I love natural light? Well, check out that splashback window.

I really love the location of this laundry. Positioned between the kitchen and the garage it’s the perfect drop off zone. And it’s also perfect for the shopping, because you don’t have to trample through the whole house, you can bring it straight through into the kitchen.

Upstairs is the games room, the third living area in this home, and it flows out to a beautiful balcony, making light, bright and very welcoming. Located off the games room are three generous family bedrooms and they all have easy access to the family bathroom; it has a freestanding bath and a shower, but a very important detail is the separate toilet, perfect for busy families.

The master bedroom is so generous that you can easily fit in a king bed and still have plenty of room for a separate seating area. It also has a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ walk-in robe, and a beautiful en-suite that you just have to drag yourself away from.

The large extended alfresco has plenty of space for sitting and dining and is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. But I love this home because of the natural light. The floor plan allows it to flow right throughout the home making it feel bright, light and very inviting.

Of course, one of the most exciting things about building a new home is selecting the finishes, fittings and then dealing with the interiors’ styling. I think this home looks amazing, and I was fortunate to work with the team at Eden Brae to create this beautiful display home.
