PGH Bricks showcased in beautifully contrasted Display Home façade.
Positioned in the rapidly growing North-West Sydney suburb of Box Hill, the Bristol 30 Guest Suite Display Home by Eden Brae Homes is a beautifully well-proportioned and striking modern family home with a mid-century twist. Fusing two distinct style types in sophisticated neutrals and dark and grey all the way, both the interior and exterior of this display home provide a stunning design of bold contrasts that immediately captivate its visitors.
Boasting a bold contrast in the façade, the main body of the home has been built in Charcoal from the PGH Bricks & Pavers’ Composite range which acts as a dark backdrop and gives a sense of being firmly grounded whilst the lighter and smooth-faced Blanco from PGH Bricks & Pavers’ Morada range softens the façade in an edgy way. The left side column adds a beautiful design aspect to the façade by being constructed in a Blanco stack bond. Its sculptural inclusion of extruded brick is reminiscent of a mid-century feel and very on trend.
When discussing the decision to specify the two PGH bricks alongside Interior Designer James Treble, Design Manager at Eden Brae Homes, Simon Borg recalls the longstanding relationship that Eden Brae Homes hold with PGH Bricks & Pavers due to the quality and reliability of the PGH products.
“Eden Brae have a longstanding relationship with PGH Bricks as one of our key partner suppliers. We choose to partner with PGH Bricks because of the quality and reliability of the product and the ability to deliver.” Looking to create a façade that was very modern and contemporary, Eden Brae Homes specified the Charcoal bricks from the PGH Bricks & Pavers’ Composite range as they are a beautiful representation of modern and contemporary elegance, acting as a backdrop with a sense of being firmly grounded through their sophisticated neutral shades, square edges and a textured surface finish.
“In this case with the Bristol 30 – Guest Suite facade, we wanted to create a modern-day look, and by choosing Charcoal from the Composite range, we successfully achieved this” said Simon Borg.
The inclusion of Blanco from PGH Bricks & Pavers’ Morada Range in the front façade adds to the luxurious presence of the home, with the Morada range boasting the smoothest finishes in solid, colour through brick products. Imported from Europe, the Morada range epitomises a stunning architectural brick that achieves European style and elegance.
