Choose one of our exciting new EBXpress home designs that suits your land, budget and lifestyle. Supply us with your land details and one of our friendly Sales Consultants can provide you with a free siting and quote based on your block of land

Obtain a Fixed Price Tender

Pay a non-refundable $250 preliminary fee and we will provide you with a fixed price tender within 10 days.

Tender Acceptance and You are Off and Running

We will present to you the fixed price tender at a face to face meeting at one of Eden Brae’s head offices. You are then required to sign the Tender within 7 days and pay a non-refundable plan preparation fee of $1,750 to commence working drawings.

Sign your Building Contract and it’s Time to Personalise your Home

At this stage we will arrange soil test, survey and contour plans. We will prepare your plans and contract within 21 days ready for you to sign. At this time you will be required to pay the deposit (5% of contract price less any previously paid fees). You are now ready to visit our Studio Eden showroom and personalise your home. Meanwhile we will work behind the scenes to get all the necessary approvals.

The Dream turns into Reality

Once all approvals are received and we have obtained a finance authority approval from your lender, we are ready to start building your dream home. You will be required to pay progress payments during the building process, but don’t worry as your designated Customer Service Administrator will help guide you along the way.
