It’s the centre of every home and the room that we use the most. Of course, I’m talking about the kitchen, and we’re going to talk today about how you can make the kitchen look exactly the way you want for your brand-new Eden Brae home. And it starts right here at Kitchen Culture.

The basic layout of your kitchen will be determined by the floor plan of the home that you’ve chosen to build. Working on that, your staff here will give you options to alter that design and change the configuration of the cupboards and doors to make the kitchen the way that you want it to be. Your standard kitchen design will come with one set of drawers, but ultimately, adding extra drawers allows you to better use the space. Instead of climbing in and under the cupboard, you simply slide it out and access the things you need. You might choose to have no handles on your drawers and doors, or choose funky ones like these to add a punch of character.

And don’t forget about accessories. A pullout bin like this one gives you a place for rubbish and recycling. And remember, if you don’t upgrade and add a bin, you’re going to end up with one standalone in the middle of your kitchen.

As you can see, there are a lot of options to upgrade the kitchen in your home. This is the most important appointment in the whole of the selection process, so do your homework. The more homework you do, the better prepared you’ll be, enabling the designers to help you achieve the kitchen the way that you want it to look and feel, based on your house design and budget.
