Essentials package included
Our Essentials package price covers EBXpress Base inclusions – along with key move-in items that some builders may exclude, such as site costs, flooring and Basix. As part of our fast-tracked process, all EBXpress pricing includes our Essentials package.

EBXpress process
A smart solution for those with registered land or land registering within three months, EBXpress homes are designed to meet Complying Development Certificate (CDC) criteria and start construction just 4 to 6 months from contract signing and land registration.
Get a free quote
Select an EBXpress design that suits your land, lifestyle, and budget. Share your land details and receive a free siting and quote from our sales consultant.
Request your fixed price tender
Pay a $250 preliminary fee to begin. Within 10 days, we’ll provide a fixed price tender outlining your build costs.
Accept your tender
Attend a face-to-face meeting to review your tender. Sign within 7 days and pay a $1,750 plan preparation fee to begin working drawings.
Sign and personalise
We’ll complete soil tests, surveys, and prepare your contract within 21 days. Pay your deposit and visit Studio Eden to personalise your home while we manage approvals.
Build your new home
Once approvals and finance authority are received, construction begins. Your Customer Service Administrator will guide you through each stage of the build.
