Knockdown rebuild
Love your location but not your current home? Our knockdown rebuild service lets you start fresh on the same block. Choose from our Signature Series and enjoy a streamlined process supported by local expertise and a focus on quality, timing, and budget.
- Block suitability check: We confirm your block is in a location where Eden Brae builds and that it suits the designs we offer.
- Site survey and planning: Our team arranges surveys and prepares plans tailored to your block and council requirements.
- Design and contract: Select the Eden Brae home design that best fits your block and lifestyle, then proceed with your building contract. (Construction finance is required, with staged payments made during the build).
- Personalisation: Choose your finishes and fixtures while we manage building approvals.
- Demolition and site preparation: You engage a demolition contractor to clear the site so it’s ready for construction.
- Construction and handover: Eden Brae builds your brand-new home on your existing block, ready for you to enjoy.
Off-the-plan
Secure a complete home and land package in one of our partner estates before the land is registered. We’ll guide you through the process and keep you informed every step of the way until construction begins.
- Package selection: Choose a pre-designed home and land package in a vibrant community.
- Contract and finance: Sign separate contracts for land and build. Pay a deposit on the land now, with the balance due when the land registers.
- Plan registration: Land titles are registered, and settlement is finalised on the land.
- Pre-build preparations: Approvals and documentation are completed before construction begins.
- Construction: Progress payments on the house are made at each stage of the build.
- Completion and settlement: Final inspection, settlement of the build, and you move straight in.
Newly built (Connect Homes)
Prefer something move-in ready? Our Connect Homes are newly built or near completion, offering Eden Brae quality with the convenience of a finished home. Landscaping, driveways, and inclusions are all taken care of – just turn the key and move in.
- Package selection: Choose from connected communities with tailored home designs.
- Seamless package: Land and home are bundled together under a single contract.
- Simple finance: Pay a 5% deposit upfront, with nothing more to pay until completion.
