The Lincoln 35 MK3
Today I’m visiting the Lincoln 35 MK3, one of Eden Brae Homes’ most popular double storey homes. Let’s go inside and check out the features of this beautiful home.
The moment you walk in the room you are faced with a wide and welcoming entry foyer and a great feeling of space. Now, on the left is the living room, one of four separate living areas in this home. And down through the centre of the home you look out through the kitchen, dining and the leafy garden beyond.
Next up is the well-positioned powder room which is easily accessed from anywhere in the home. Conveniently located right next to this, is one of the best features of this home: it’s a guest bedroom; and because it’s on the ground floor it makes the Lincoln 35 perfect for cross-generational living, or the perfect room for those older children who are not quite ready to leave home yet.
As you make your way down the hallway past this stunning timber staircase you will find the linen and laundry. These are both located right next to the internal access from the double garage, which is very practical for busy families.
Now, there is open plan living, and then there is the Lincoln 35, as the size of the space in this room would definitely take your breath away. On one side there is a large open plan study, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids when they doing their homework ,and on the other is the generous family room.
Now you’ll will often hear me say: the kitchen is the heart every house. But this kitchen is centre stage, right in middle of the home. Now, if the large amount of expansive bench space doesn’t get you excited, the walking pantry definitely will, as this room is large enough to allow you to customise it and get that pantry looking exactly the way this suits your family needs.
It may be tucked away but this home theatre is definitely a destination and large enough for all the movie buffs in your family. This home is all about the family needs, but what I really love is when it comes time to entertaining, as the dining room, kitchen and family room, all flow into the beautiful al-fresco: the perfect place to entertain all year round.
Upstairs you will find further proof why this house design is so popular: There are a total of four additional bedrooms upstairs. The three family bedrooms two of which have built in robes and one with walk-in robe, are located right next to the family bathroom, with that all important separate toilet. Down the hallway you will find the master suite, of hotel proportions. This master bedroom has a well-appointed ensuite and large walk-in robe. But the room is so huge it also has a separate area as a parents’ retreat, making this a true master suite.
Now, of course I can’t forget the upstairs games room, which flows off the bedrooms, and it’s the perfect place for the kids to play with their friends. Remember, because it’s upstairs it’s separated from the rest of the home, so the kids can be as noisy and messy as the like and the rest of the house can stay need and organised.
It’s pretty obvious why this two-storey, five bedrooms home, with its four separate living areas is so popular. If you would like to come and walk through this home yourself, you can do so right here at Oran Park, or to check out further details online, as well as all the other home displays go to edenbarehomes.com.au.
