Hi, today I’m visiting the Elara Display Village at Marsden Park, to come and have a walk through the Bristol 28, Eden Brae Homes most popular two storey design.

The Bristol 28 is a spacious contemporary two storey home, offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a separate lounge room, a separate games room and a study.

Downstairs there is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with enough room for a study hub. And all of this opens out onto an alfresco. At the front of the home, there is also a separate living area and study, offering space for all of the family’s needs.

Upstairs there are four large bedrooms. Three of them have built-in robes, and the Master has a separate his & hers walk-in robes and an en-suite.

There is also a family bathroom with that very important separate toilet, and also a separate games area, which is the third living area, perfect for sending the kids with their computer games, or for you to grab a book and have some time out.
